Dr. Lessell Martiny "Marty" Bray comes to us from Georgia. His career spans 30+ years and has focused on the management, facilitation, and instruction of educational technology. Dr. Bray holds a Ph.D. in Instructional Systems Technology from Indiana University and an MLS from Appalachian State University. He also holds certification in the areas of behaviorally/emotionally disabled and academically gifted. His research focuses on student agency and self-efficacy.
